Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy Enrollment will be considered cancelled under the following circumstances: • Non-payment of program fees. • Violation of Qbend’s rules and code of conduct. • Absence for more than 4 consecutive days from the program without prior written approval from the Qbend team. • Suspension or expulsion due to misconduct or breach of policy. • For students enrolled into the program, early cancellation, refunds for cancellation on any grounds whatsoever, or refunds will not be entertained. • Once the course fee has been paid, there will be no refund in any circumstance. • Qbend in collaboration with IITM Pravartak may terminate or suspend this course at any time at their discretion. In case of termination / suspension, proportionate refund may be carried out within two weeks depending on the stage of program.
